Behind the single car garage is a half bath/laundry room and a home office off the kitchen. Two second story terraces provide space for sunbathing and stargazing with plenty of room for a future hot tub. The side yard can be accessed from the kitchen and has a small play area for children with plenty of room for a future pool or Gnubb game set-up.

Ah, now I can see the pictures! I'd already downloaded it anyway  . I've just nipped into my game, and all I can say is this: You're the best cheater I've ever seen! I've got no idea how you came up with that layout. The split levels are just amazing, and you did a great job covering up the seams (the display tables and fences covering the windows in the basement rooms are especially clever). I always love seeing moveobjects tricks and yours are ao creative; I especially love the headboard in the master bedroom. Wow, I'm not even jealous anymore, it's that good.

Huge sorry to everyone! I renamed my folders in photobucket last night after posting this and then I went to bed. I didn't realize that renaming my folders would break the links to the pictures or I would have fixed everything last night. Sorry!

Thanks for the comments everyone. Ausette, thank you for the glowing compliment, it just made all the hours of brain work and redos of this build worth it! I can't claim credit for most of my floor plans, I usually google what I'm looking for and pick what jumps out at me, like this one. Since I learned about the frieze cheat I've wondered about the feasibility of a split-level design, and when I found this floor plan I thought it would be the perfect one to try it on. Fun fact: the only friezes are located on the roof! Go figure. This build has made me seriously want the possibilities of a walk-out basement tool.
