The Crumplebottom girls both got thiers. I left them in the mailbox until I came across a way to delete the evil things for good. Simply use testingcheatsenabled true, click on the doll, you will get an object menu then click delete it Not sure if anyone has brought this up but it definately works. The girls are now doll free ;D

Yes, it does work, Dreamweaver! I just got rid of mine. All IFs are evil!

I didn't know that imaginary friends was considered the occult. After my daughter made her imaginary friend real they got together and afterwards she got accused of WooHooing with the occult.  :(

Yeah, I think anything other than plain sims are considered occult. I don't consider any of them occult, but the game does.  ::)

Tris Jades IF is not annoying, it just follows him and plays Chess with him, it's a Genius.  :)

So, I decided to have my Bridgeport family move to Sunset Valley. The only child in the family, Isabella, is still a toddler and will transition within 3 sim days, and she wasn't CAS created.

So once they moved to Sunset Valley, I did some checking around the house to see if I got everything situated, since I added a few more rooms to an already created house that came with the Generations EP. I look up and see one of the notifications talking about Isa and her IF, Pal. I zoomed in on her, and surprisingly enough she was playing with a freaking IF doll.

When she was in Bridgeport, she never had one, and I did play this family briefly after I added Generations. She's the only pre-generations baby with an IF. All the others never gotten one.

All the kids that have gotten an IF in my game post Generations, gotten them as a newborn.

Then I remember moving in one of the pre-made sim families, who also had a toddler, to Sunset Valley awhile back. When I made this family active, I find out that this child had an IF. I thought it was strange and didn't think much of it.  So I wonder, if a family that has been newly moved into a neighborhood, who has a baby or toddler in the family, will the child in question automatically get an IF?  Or if it's just a random occurence?

I didn't know that. Well, she's the very first and only, since the others aged up without getting one at all.  :D

LOL. My IF just turned real and had a book in his inventory: Do I Exist?

I gotta admit, I cracked up at that one!

Not always. In my Dynasty, I had 2 toddlers before Generations came out, and I put it on hold so they would get IF's, than after I installed, no IF! One toddler grew into a child so I don't think she will ever get one. Oh well, maybe her daughter will!  ;D

After making a Imaginary Friend I've notice that they can change between toy form and sim form.
Is there any advantage form them using their toy form?
