Chapter 6 - Nausea, Back Aches and a Big Round Tummy..

The morning after the wedding, I woke up feeling nauseous. I assumed it was just something in the cookies I had at the Wedding Party and continued throughout my day as normal..

I had decided to sign up as a self-employed painter, and I got a promotion straight away! But I only got that painting done before I had to rush to the toilet because..

Ugh. But I now knew officially. I'm pregnant. I was euphoric, and couldn't wait to tell Taylor! I changed into my new maternity wear. Can you guess what the pattern represents?

What? They're supposed to be watermelons. I want a girl. Don't laugh! Taylor thinks they look like watermelons, so there.

So, I had two things to tell Taylor. About my promotion..

and more importantly, the baby!

He was elated, and wanted a girl too. Yey!

Anyway, throughout my pregnancy, I did loads of things I wasn't supposed to do, like cooking..

What? Taylor's a useless sod in the kitchen, I'll have you know.
I also, er, fished.. in high heels.

Well, a girl has to look good at all times. Pregnant or not. I'll just get Taylor to give me a back massage. After I finish my painting, though..


Oh, but that's not all.. I gardened, too..

I gardened all through the night, right to the morning. Look!

No thanks to cheats.. *cough, cough* Anyways, I'm almost hitting level 8 in gardening, as well as painting. (Two for fishing and six for cooking) Taylor is so proud! And he can't get away from my tummy!

On the final day of my pregnancy, nothing much happened. Well, I attempted a still-life of the house..

Yep, that one got sold. Anyways, I was feeling hungry, so off I went to eat some mac and cheese, when..

...I was hit by this excruciating pain, to say the least. I couldn't get to the hospital fast enough..

And neither could Taylor.
Two hours later, Renesmee was born.

My fifth and final dream is just beginning..

Chapter 7 - Introducing Renesmee..

Our first child was born. Our family was just starting. I was overjoyed. I was found doing cartwheels on the roof (not really.. we don't have stairs leading to the roof..). I was thrilled at being a Dad and couldn't wait to get started on raising my baby: The heir to the Legacy throne..

I couldn't get over the feeling of such a soft, tiny little baby in my arms. I couldn't get over the fact she was mine and Lori's. I couldn't believe she was real.. this small and unbelievably delicate thing before me, was actually made by me? Less than three days ago? It was wondrous, a true miracle.

Lori was thrilled, too..


..and of course, she was; Her lifetime wish was just revving up. She couldn't wait.. On the other hand, however, I had barely any time to work on mine. Yes, there may be two of us but looking after a baby is hard work, you know!

..most of the time.
In between looking after Renesmee, I decided to take up on a new skill also. Sculpting!

I'm pretty good, if you don't mind me saying. But that's only because I've swapped my Handy trait for Savvy-Sculptor.. but don't tell Lori that. She thinks it's all me.  

Anyway, Renesmee Dreamer aged up very, very quickly. Those two days of being a baby passed by so quick! I barely had time to plan her party! Which is just as well as Lori did it for me.


And here she is.. our little, now bigger, girl: Renesmee Dreamer, who's two traits are Genius and Friendly .



Author's Note: Sorry for the less-than-perfect writing today. And yes, I know it's never perfect. But today, I feel it's worse than usual. Sorry. I don't think Taylor's as good at expressing his feelings as our over-emotional Lori. And also, I forgot to apologize earlier, but sorry for the non-quality screenshots. I have my sim detail on medium and the other graphics settings to either low or medium, none high otherwise my laptop will lag badly. Soz for that, too. I wish I could take beautiful screenies, but it seems impossible with such bad graphics.

Don't worry about the graphics, they look fine, and a few not-quite-perfect pictures are better than none. I fear that sounded awfully rude, I mean to say that at least you have some pictures, unlike me in my story. Aww another nooboo soon? Please? :3

Thanks, Becca! Without giving too much away, I am sorry to inform you all that Renesmee will have to endure her fair share of troubles growing up to be the heir. ..But it's all really part of the drama.

Lol, you didn't sound offensive at all, Sophie. And more nooboos are on their way.. maybe more than one at a time! ( Poor Lori )
