Chapter 10: The First Key

I brought the children to the Living Area. I needed to speak to them before my Ambrosia. I still needed to mend a few requirements, but the talk was needed.
Zoey: I wanted to talk to you about something very important before I become Immortal.
Zane: Oh no. This isn’t one of those Immortal Dynasties is it?
Ayla: We were taught all about them at school but never thought they were real.
Zoey: It is. I’m guessing you know about the Portraits?

Charlie: Where do the paintings go?
Zoey: They are brought into the tower or the small rooms outside by the gnomes. They hold great teleportation abilities.
Ayla: The gardening, did you ask Connor to do that?
Zoey: Yes. And Adam was asked to sculpt and Agnes was to paint and photograph.

Ayla: Why are we doing this? Every dynasty has had a reason! Most want to never die.
Zoey: We have to save my family and free them from the Immortal Jail. The Ragen cell holds 7 sims. When one of us become Immortal, one will be able to leave the Jail but only for a small amount of time. They also must deliver a key to the next room in the Immortal Tower. Once the Eighth Heir becomes Immortal, they will be freed.
Zane gave him a look that meant he had no idea what to say or do.

Charlie had his usual smile but his face was twisted.

Ayla is the more wiser one and just watched over the pair.

I jumped up and called Blair. Our relationship needed to be fixed.

It wasn’t too early but I had just got out of bed. Charlie was at school, Adam at work, Agnes in the backyard, Ayla at the library and Connor and Zane harvesting the garden. It took me a few minutes to work the Replicator.

I took a seat and began to eat the meal that most first find very disgusting and nearly choked.

I got up and looked at my plate. I was now Immortal. I could feel all this power rushing through me. I was extremely tired.

A nap was what I needed. I fell asleep quickly but a lady come in and woke me up.

Lady: Thank you Zoey.
I had no idea what was happening.
Lady: Take the key and look at your accomplishments.

She disappeared and I ran out to the Tower. I rushed into my room and placed the key into the hold.

My museum pieces appeared.

That day was a very important day for the Zlares. I’ll let Zane tell you about the rest. Hopefully I won’t be updating again and the future Immortals will.

Chapter 11:Charlies Vacation

Hey everyone! It’s me Charlie. Wondering why Zane isn’t writing this? Well, 1 he and Ayla are officially going to get married and they are preparing all sorts of things for the day and 2, this update basically is just me!

That day was very hectic. Mum became Immortal, Zane and Ayla were engaged and it was my YA Birthday.



I know my favourite colour is Purple but the sales person said that a aqua shirt is much better than purple. Good thing I was in a good mood!

Mum has been speaking to me about how she’d like to be able to have a Vacation House in China. I straight away pack my belongings and fly away. The adventurer’s board is the first place I go and I find my first adventure rather fun.

I had to place keystones and step on pads.

I had to push and pull very heavy statues.

It wasn’t easier than digging through rocks to find doors or finding hidden things through holes in the walls.

I was searching through chests.

And lastly diving down wells!

Can you believe that was just in my first tomb! I even got my first Visa Level.

The next tomb wasn’t much different except I had to find secret doors. I even found and old room that must’ve been a dining room from centuries ago!


My time wasn’t just adventure. Mum told me she wanted at least Level 2 Visa before I could have some fun.
I learnt my second skill of Marital Arts. My Lifetime Wish is to max both Martial Arts and Athletic skills. I even bought the equipment.

I spent a few hours in the graveyard but that didn’t end well...

I had to go home with a Level 2 Visa as I would’ve missed Graduation if I didn’t! On the way to Graduation I saw this awesome deer!


I then headed off to the Stadium to apply for a job before falling onto my bed. I was very jet lagged.

Aww, that made me even more excited for when I eventually go to China, it's the only destination none of my sims have ever been to! It looked fun, tomb-raiding is hard work, isn't it? xD

It's the only place my sims have been and done adventures. I don't like Egypt and France is for Nectar Making and stealing gnomes from the museum! China actually has the easiest tombs!

Chapter 12:A Wedding Into a Honeymoon

The big day soon approached all of us. It was the day Ayla and I finally got married. With all the distractions of Mum becoming Immortal and Charlie going on vacation, it felt like forever.
We had the ceremony at Mum’s Lot and Mum and Dad were so happy to finally have some time together.

Ayla and I soon exchanged rings, dopey faces and were wed with a kiss.



Mum looked so proud and happy.

My favourite part about the marriage was the fact that pink was out and black was in! The whole house was changed and we exchanged the fireplace for a bubble bar! So much better in my opinion.

As a Wedding Gift, Charlie adopted a cute puppy called Lady. Although, Mum’s been the one spending the most time with her!


All of the Elders are commonly up early, so they play a royal fest of video games.

The inside of the house wasn’t the only thing to be changed. I landscaped the front flower patches with trees and plants.

My garden was then moved and upgraded. Look at how beautiful it looks!

The gnomes love to hang out by the sprinklers while Dad prefers to actually play in the sprinklers. Typical dad.

Something very big and weird was the fact that all the Elders got at least 1 Inheritance each from some long lost relative bringing the household funds up to nearly $300,000! That was more than enough to pay for Ayla and I’s honeymoon!
We arrived in China with Charlie as well. Charlie came to get that final Visa Point. If any Gen was to Supermax Martial Arts, Charlie needed that Visa. Ayla and I straight away went to a garden so I could harvest the local delicacies while Ayla tried to fish.

Charlie on the other hand was riding his bike all over the place. He really needed a teleportation pad.

Ayla and I then spent some time alone and together at the Scholar’s Garden. It was so beautiful.


And to end the first day we had a dinner cooked by Ayla as a family. Kinda.

Considering that was the first day, I can’t wait for the rest of the holiday!

Awww, congrats on the wedding! I finally got to take one of my sims to China a few weeks ago and I loved it, so I see what you mean about it being your favourite destination! Can't wait to see what happens on the rest of the trip, great update!
