A TRUE Immortal ghost

I've find out today that if you sell a ghost grave (after you've changed his or her name) and you let the ghost eat Ambrosia, the ghost will still be a ghost without having a grave in his or her inventory.
My mummy ghost will be forever a mummy ghost and even the blessed sarcophagus will not cure the mummyness. The ghost still looks like a mummy but it will walk as a sim, goes through walls, let other sims suffer a double shock ('Wa, a mummy!' and 'Wa, a ghost!') and it will need to sleep and empty it's bladder again. It won't leave puddles around however.

This gives me an idea - if a ghost drinks an Age Freeze, will it take effect? Other than that, thanks for the tip!

Do ghosts re-die if they get hit by a meteor? I haven't played ghosts much - can they drown or burn?

I thought not, but I was proved wrong.
Short answer: No. I believe.

They can't drown or burn down, that's for sure. Aging up is also out of the question, the same count for starving.
Meteors? I'm willing to say: 'no' also, but I can not support that without the ability to test.
No, they can suffer for eternity, but dying... that's just for the unfortunate souls of immortal sims.
