New Sunset Valley A.K.A Paprika Island

I am not 100% knowing what I am doing so please tell me about any issues or fixes to issues. Any who, this is my remake of Sunset Valley (the one I documented in misc. stories).

Expansion Packs Used: Sims 3 ambitions, pets, late night.
No Custom Content.
I downloaded it using Mediafire below is the link to the downloads...

I am not sure if Sims are included in this upload if not, please let me know. For those who have not been following me on the Misc. Stories here are some pictures of the newly made Sunset Valley, A.K.A Paprika Island

I think you download them all. All 4 make up 1 folder which is the town.

You download them all and place them in a folder in Sim3>Saves an probably name the folder "PaprikaIsland.sims3" It should work then.
