I love all the houses, even the second one. Really, I loved it, especially the placement of the windows (I'm a big fan of big windows :D)

Eco Retreats! For those Eco friendly Sims…
We have 2 to chose from. One on the top of the highest mountain and one right by the shore. First off the high up mountain…
Name: Cozy Cabin
Location: Harper Mt.
Warning: Sims afraid of heights beware.
This home is not commuter friendly… Paisley Lane is the closest road.




Next is the…
Name: Beachy-Clean
Location: Paprika Island Way (not close to the road though)

I haven't thought much about the Sim-making yet, but I like that idea. I still have to finish building then find a way to upload it.

Spork- maybe you could ask people if they wanted to make a simself and have you put it in the town. Or maybe you could take requests for a certain sim people want. (celebs for example.)

Great idea! But first before I make any promises... I need to find out how to upload the town and if I can upload it with sims in it.

Today's builds are a little here and a little there. Mainly in a new area called Prellington beach! Here's a new map...


First off is...
Name: Shelbawitz Hotel
Features: Overnight rooms, restaurant, lounge, wedding ceremony space.
Location: Paprika Island Way.


Name: Prellington Beach Public School
Mascot: The Otters.
Colors: Blue and Tan
Location: Paprika Island Way


Random Beach Town Housing...
Names: Doo-Plexi White and Pink, Garden Glory, and the Out of Place house.
Location: Palms-Ahead Road


Now the Subway Terminals to the Heart of Prellington Beach
Location: Palms-Ahead Rd.



Name: All Star Academy: School for the Athletically Gifted.
Mascot: Panthers
Colors: Red and Black
Location: Opal Garden Rd.


For the teens attending All Star Academy...
Name: Fusion fitness
Location: Across from All Star Academy


Name: Little All Stars: Swim Academy
Purpose: Indoor Swimming Pool for children who aspire to be accepted into All Stars Academy for swimming
Location: Palms Ahead Road


Name: Prellington Beach City Hall
Location: Beachy Lane


Across the street is...
Name: Shark Attack Hospital: And Facial Reconstruction

There is something extra about this hospital...
