Processor?

There is a object in buydebug called a "Processor".  It looks like the cheapest computer, and says it controls the timing of trigger.  I can't figure out how to use it.  Does anyone know how it works?

I know it's used in a tomb in france to open a door, but I have no idea how to connect it to a door or anything!  :-[
