"Moveobjects on" cheat

Hi does the moveobjects on cheat work on sims 4 ?? 
Is there a design tool like sims 3 where you can edit the furniture to be whatever colour you want??

There is a moveobjects on cheat that was just added with the December patch.  The design tool only has preset design choices.  They took away Create-a-Style.
