Is there a way to retrieve lots you delete from your "lots part" of edit town?
I accidently deleted mine.

It might be possible to open a new game, save that lot to your bin and then place it where it was in your town.

No, I'm sorry. I don't think there is. Unless you have a saved game from before you deleted it.

I had this dilemma last night. I've been building and remembered a build that I was working on a month or so ago. Unfortunately, I had deleted the save file, but I hadn't deleted the backup save file.
So if you have saved it at some point, you may be able to restore the backup file. Carl explains how in this thread about
recovering a saved game
