How do I access Shop Mode?

I read about free stuff on shop mode, but how do I get there? The lessons said to click on the little shopping bag icon on the toolbar, but I don't see It anywhere. HELP!!

Are you patched up with the latest update?  If you have not installed the patches since WA was released, then you won't have the Shop Mode option available in your game.

There's another update, I haven't gotten around to downloading it yet.

You also have to be in Buy or Build Mode for the shopping bag button to show up.  It will be in the lower left corner of your screen.

I would think it is at the left, maybe in place of map view or something like that - in the main tab.
