Where are my wedding presents?

I just sent my Sim to get the mail after she got married. I had no popups explaining about wedding presents, and nothing in inventories (personal or family). Clicking on the mailbox, I got the option to Write thank you notes.
So, where are the presents for my Sim?

Edit: I don't know if this is related, but soon after this, my computer crashed to a Blue Screen of Death.

Wedding presents are bugged at the moment.  I think since Showtime was released.

Yes the wedidng presents are definitly bugged I used to get the pop up telling me about them but no presents,now I don't even get the pop up.
