How to tell what opportunties my sim has completed?

Ok, so I had a paper with the ops my sim was doing, for the dynasty... well, I lost it. I can remember two she did, and that is it. What do I do?!

I don't think there is anyway to find out what opportunities you have completed.  Sorry. 

If your on a windows computer, in the future I would use notepad (the text editor that comes with windows computer) to type the opertunities you have completed, because it is alot harder to lose a .txt file than a note.

Yeah, I might start making the notes on my ipad. Awh, boo, I was afraid of that.

I find it easier to take notes in Sims Scrapbook in game - when you open the panel for memories of your Sim, there is also an empty scrapbook where you can type anything and save - I wrote the names of opportunities so I could check it without leaving the game

These are useful suggestions for keeping track. I've bought a notebook to make notes in but then there's always the problem of finding a pen ha ha!! I didn't realise you could make notes in the scrapbook.

I would've never thought of that either. My notes app in my ipad is what I use.
