How do I enhance My sim

I have noticed on some male sims for instance that when I download them from the exchange that they have some enhancements like,say nipples on the men. How does one do that? with the sims creator? or an out side program?

I believe it's done with CC.. If you look on say, sites like ModTheSims or TheSimsResource or something you'll find CC. Just do a search for whatever it is you want. As for downloading from the exchange, I'd be very careful because a lot of the stuff found there is dangerous and none of it is checked for corruptions etc. - there's a huge chance that what you've got from there is bad CC.
