How to add pictures to posts on forum?

I'm kind of new and I have no idea how to post pictures in your forum posts.

First up, you need to have the photo hosted somewhare. You can register for the gallery here or you can have it hosted on something like PhotoBucket.
Once you have a direct link click the insert image button (it's the first on the left on the bottom row of button above the row of smilies) then paste the link to your image in between the two image tags.
