cant seem to place the community lots?!

so when i first played the pets version they asked whether you would like to place the cat jungle, dog park etc.
well, i clicked esc to skip it because i wanted to build new lots first.
but now i cant find where to place the buildings, i've searched everywhere.
there's one part that says 'place copy' but you cant place it on the lots and is totally different from before.
im sorry if its kinda complicated but i really need help!

First of all you cannot put a community lot on a residential space. Check the size of the community lot you want to place and see if there is an empty lot around to fit. You can switch residential lots to community by clicking on them and change lot type. If in the lot type, th ename of your community lot is not there, put it to "No visitors allowed".

You may have to place empty lots if you need the right size.
