Tomb room marker's activated behaviors?

I'm kind of surprised that tomb building doesn't have it's own child board in here but I guess there's not enough of it going on to warrant it so I'll post my question here.
I'm trying to do a kind of secret mad scientist lab under my basement which is easy enough to start out hidden with the secret rotating hidden door and the tomb room markers but the trouble I'm having is I want to re-hide it after leaving the room.
I can re-hide the door easily enough but the only activated behavior a tomb room marker has is to unfog the room. The rhetorical question that comes to mind is "Why on earth would they not also have 'fog room' as an activated behavior?" I doubt any one but EA knows the answer to that but does anybody know of a way to re-fog a tomb room?

I've never messed around with this Activated Behavior, but I think there's an Activated Behavior on the Fog Marker that re-fogs the room.
Edit: Whoops, reread your post, that's not a behavior, which is strange because I'm sure I've seen it.

While we're at it, does anybody have any idea what the level skip marker is for? Skipping levels of what?

It makes it so that levels will not be shown when you navigate up and down levels. So if I had Level 1, 2, 3, and 4, and marked 3 with this marker, when I navigate up and down, it'll go 1 - 2 - 4.
