How do I get a new code for a mac?

I have a mac, and I lost the code for my sims 3 game, but I forgot to register the game on my sims 3 account beforehand. How do I contact EA to get a new one? My sister did it once before, but she doesn't remember what to do.

You will need to contact EA support to get a new registration key for the game. Click on the Contact Us link on the right side of the page to fill out the contact form.
