Finding the Fortune Teller in Other Towns

Of course there are new lots to place in other towns but I'm not seeing one for the Fortune Teller. Does the wagon just show up on lots that already there or is something to be added to the bin and placed that way?

 The Gypsy Wagon is available under Community Objects where all the other rabbit holes are.  So you're going to have to build the spot where you want it unless you're playing a challenge file and then the only way to get it into your game is to buy a property and place the wagon there.

Thanks! I guess it makes sense then that you'd be able to become a partner.

And the same goes for the Arboretum for those that were curious.
