After inheriting §10,0000 from her late husband Michael Bachelor, and dumped by Mortimer (who happens to be Michael's brother in law), Dina and her sister Nina, decided to move over to Barnacle Bay for a fresh start. Bored of her plain old black dress, she decided to add a little something extra, to woo the next rich guy on the block, and reflect on her childish flair. This one of a kind dress is inspired by Katy Perry, but suited to fit Dina's personal style. It's recolored to resemble the halter dress she wore living in Pleasantview, while leaving the decal to reflect both Dina and Jeana's (it rhymes) childish flair.
This dress requires KPST, of course, but there is a stencil free version, in the game, if that is your personal preference. In fact, I recolored the stencil free version and made it into a Union Jack Dress, just like Ginger Spice wore.
