Fairy Dust, is there any way to get it besides asking a Fairy for it?

I just wanted to know if there was a different way then asking fairies for it. It's a friendly interaction, but sometimes they get mad at Sims for asking.

I've found it a couple of times when searching for fairies at the arboretum.
