How can I change the keybinding for "rotate camera" away from the mouse wheel? It's starting to cause pain in my finger from repetitive pressure on the small wheel.  :-\

I don't use my mouse very much. I always use w,a,s,d keys. I hope I get that right, I'm not ingame now. To rotate the camera use the< > keys. :)

Depending on your version of the game (and language/keyboard setup). Sometimes the , & . are used instead of < & >.
