Unfortunately, it may not run the game very well. Your limiting factors are the amount of memory and the graphics card in the system. The memory is the minimum needed to run the game in Windows 7. Since you're running 64-bit Windows 7, you'll want 6 - 8 GB.

The graphics card is built into the motherboard, and unfortunately it's not a very good one. Usually, the on-board graphics cards have little memory of their own and share memory with the system. Meaning you may have 2 GB of memory, but the graphics card can take up to half of that. You will want to find something that has at minimum 128 MB of dedicated video memory (for lowest settings) and 1 GB of dedicated video memory for highest settings.

Make sure when looking for a graphics card that you check the power requirements for it. Most 1 GB cards require a 400 watt or better power supply. Replacing a power supply isn't too hard, but there's always local shops and even computer enthusiasts that will help you install things for a small charge or barter. :)

Hope this helps.
