Time Travel Children

I am wondering about creating a family of multiple generations.

Does anyone know-

Do males bring back time travel children?

Do married or "in a relationship" sims bring back children?

The percentage chance of getting a child when time travelling?

I'll answer the questions I know something about.

Yes males can bring back children.
Yes married/engaged sims can bring back children (sometimes resulting in hit in the relationship, sometimes not).

I have no idea about percentages.

I had two sisters, one that was married, and the unmarried one brought back her nephew.
