Cant log-in into store account on website

When I try to log- in it gets stuck on the password and username screen. I have tried it on multiple wireless networks and I can log in into the website overall but not the store part of the website. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

I received a message that the website was having issues due to maintenance today.  Maybe that is it?

I have that all the time on Google Chrome. I even called EA about it cause I couldn't get my peashooter. They told me to use a different browser and it worked. Now whenever I need to get something downloaded I have to use Mozilla Firefox and it works.
