Spiral cut tiberium. How to get it- am I just missing something?

I've had sims cut many, many gems on the gem u cut, and am waiting for the spiral cut to come up so I can get the tiberium cut and let it grow! My werewolf is good at bringing it in- HELP!

I may be wrong, but I think spiral cut is automatic.  If that doesn't work for you, collect 10 different kinds of gems to get the heart cut for a choice.  You can heart cut tiberium too.

Ugh, here I am cutting gems like a fool!  >:( It's not like they need the money, I had Argus out of the medical field he was making so much money lol.
