I love this! So neat and compact, but still quite roomy.

It looks lovely Dellena - I absolutely love finding beautiful starter homes, as most of my sims aren't that rich. Where are those green curtains from?

Yep, Seasons - "Fair Meadow Curtains"

The house is still expensive for a starter, but I usually use the freerealestate anyway so my sims have a little nest egg starting out.  I don't see why they should be punished for being created as YA.  So I'll also mod them so they have similar skills to a sim who's born and raised to YA in game.

You know I love your houses. It's great that one is able to download a few of them. Thank you for sharing. :D

:)  I put one in the non-furnished thread as well.  My next build project is going to be some venues for Monte Vista.  I'll try to make them with no CC and post them, but no promises yet. :)

This one goes well with Monte Vista either. This house actually made me think of a different idea to play. So ... thank you again. I tried it out today and it really is a beautiful house.

Thanks :)  I used it to start my couple in Monte Vista and they have to expand the house to accommodate a growing family. :)

A lovely little house!  I'm really looking forward to Monte Vista!

How much of it is mastersuit stuff, because I do not have that stuff pack so I want to know how much stuff I would miss out of the house?

Also I love the house colors.
