Move the house

Hi is it possible to move your house and all it's contents etc to a vacant lot?

Yes I believe it is, by using Edit Town you can use the hand tool to pick up a lot and move it to a vacant lot. I think the hand tool is near the bulldoze tool in Edit Town.
