Chapter Thirty Two: Just Remember How Easy It Is To Get A Divorce In This Town
They decided to go ahead with the wedding anyway, even though it meant getting married in a boring dress and no makeup. :-P The wedding itself was a clunky as the relationship… It was raining heavily when the girls and the guests arrived at the recently renovated/redecorated church.
Everyone socialized while waiting for the groom…
…who was so late, Cal was starting to think he wasn't coming at all. But he eventually showed up hours later.
The wedding finally got on the road. Exhausted from waiting so long for Aubrey, Dara screamed through the whole thing.
It rained through the whole ceremony, but just as it was time to cut the cake at the outdoor reception, there was a break in the clouds.
Cal learned all about Aubrey’s family at the reception - His brother came and apparently there were several other siblings back home. Both his parents were alive. She also learned that Aubrey was quite a bit older than her, something they had not discussed before.
This is why you don’t invite toddlers to weddings (besides all the crying):
A long day ends…

I really wish you would update! Your such a great writer and I love your legacy. It really is spectacular. I have yet to find a house like yours. It really is quite something! I love things that look victorian. Well, I wish you would update soon!
