If a teen sim gets freebies, are the t-shirt and other items available to them straight away or do they have to wait until YA?

How do you get nailed it moodlet from aptitude test?

Well I can answer the first one as I got my copy today and my teen just got some freebies, she put her t-shirt on as soon as she got it.

So thats means any age can wear the freebies you get.

Nailed it means you have to high skills and traits in each major to get the moodlet.
