For being a Dean List. That would be around §5000 per apply for fund from administration or something like that :D
Let say that I have 8 Sims who go to University and all of them being a Dean List. That would be around §40.000 simoleons for a day. Neat huh?

It's slow but I love street art! Just having the opportunity to spray paint a public place WITHOUT being arrested is nice. :P

For a while I only did the "Test Subject" at a Science Building (for both Medical and Science) until one faithful day my Sim (whom I didn't want this to happen to) became a PlantSim, so I no longer use that method for money.

Selling furniture in the dorms. It works a charm. You just go into buy mode while at the dorm and sell all the unesecary furniture. Books from bookshelves around the world help too.
