My Sim is stuck and reset doesn't work

I tried resetting her.And moveobjects on.Nothing works.She cant move from that spot.Its like she's in-between the two floors in her house.

Sounds like you might have to evict the family using the edit town menu, and move them back. You can evict them with their home, and move them back into the same lot. They will lose all promised wishes, as a warning.

Welcome to our Forum.

Try the global reset command "resetsim *" I'm the cheats panel. Also try restarting the game.
