Which cache files to remove?

I understand, perhaps incorrectly, that cleaning out the cache files will help with lag or slowing of game.  Which cache files are safe to remove?  I seem to have at least 4 differently labeled cache files.

Thank you wildred, that was a big help!  I also ran my Spyware Doctor and PC Optimize which gets rid of a lot of directory junk and other stuff you pick up along the way.
