Green bangle on Witch's wrist

Can anyone tell me what this green bangle is for?  Her power's are at level 10 and they are not depleted.  This bangle appears after I've had the game file open for a fairly long time.  This is not the first witch of mine that I've seen it on.  What is its purpose?

Have you been catching fireflies? I've had that before after doing that it's a glitched lid from the jar stuck to her hand, a little like the bowls do sometimes.

Yes she's been catching fireflies.  Thanks for the explanation.  Does a resetsim fix it?

It's been a while but I think I used master controllers reset sim on her but a normal reset sim might do the trick as well.

There is also the option of deleting the object with testing cheats if that fails, shift click then delete, be careful not to delete your sim though  ;D
