Thanks! Minimally Modern is my favorite house in Sunset Valley to start on, 'cause I hate trailers. I've had several single-sim families start there, but with only 27 simoleans left after buying it with furniture, which half the time i'm too lazy to buy. It annoys me to no end O^O
