Vlad's Magic Cauldron

Can anyone tell me where I can find the cauldron in the game?  I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find it.  Unless of course I just overlooked it  :P.  Please help?  Thanks.

Again, if you have the store item it's also listed under stoves, Strangely.
