Stuck piano

My piano seems to be broken. It won't let anyone play it, move it or delete/sell it. It says 'can't pick up an object in use by Sean Penn' (my sim) except he's not using it. I've tried resetsim but nothing.

Any suggestions please?

Have you tried moveobjects on and then attempting to sell the piano?
