Coat hanging on a hook

I've seen a coat hanging on a hook on a wall. I think it was probably a firemans coat & edited. But I can't find it any where. Any ideas where it is?

I have Ambitions EP so I should have it.

It is an award for getting to a certain level in the firefighter profession (I think it is level 6). Hope this helps!

Oh ok thanks. I hoped there'd be a way to find it I tried buydebug but couldn't find it.
