Appaloosa Plains question?

Hi all,

I know I've been playing this game awhile and I should know the answer to this but where can I get the town of Appaloosa Plains to play?  I thought it was something I needed to save my simpoints up for like Aurora Skies which I already have.  Is it part of an expansion pack that I don't have?  I have Generations and Ambitions.

Appaloosa Plains comes with the Pets Expansion Pack.
