I lost my leaflet and I uninstalled the game AND my HD was wiped. What do I do

I lost my leaflet for one of my Sims 3 expansion packs (supernatural) and I had to uninstall the base game and all of my expansion packs off of my computer. My hard drive had to be wiped clean. What do I do? I want to register it on Origin but I do not know how to since I do not have the  code. Please help someone!

Hi there AboveDestiny, welcome to the forum.

Did you ever register Supernatural on thesims3.com? If so, contacting EA should allow them to give you your code. You need to provide proof of identity though (when I last went through EA Live Chat, they asked me my security question).

Welcome to the forum AboveDestiny267.

Did you register Supernatural on the Sims 3 site?  If you did, then your game will be on Origin as well already.  Origin will tell you what your code is as well.
