Stocking WA Ponds

Is it possible to stock ponds located in Egypt, France or China?

Yes, I believe so.  They should work the same as any other pond in your Sim's home town.

I've tried stocking ponds in WA locations and it seems that the option does not come up. I guess it's only possible with home lots.
