Patch 1.63 won't Download

I just attempted to download patch 1.63 from the Launcher, twice, but it doesn't seem to have worked. I checked the skuversion file and it still says 1.57. I've never had problems doing this before and I'm stumped. Any suggestions for me?  Thank you!

It took me three tries. It would download, but the install guard wouldn't appear. Finally worked though.
