How do I buy a home in "Into the Future"?

Maybe this is a silly question, maybe it has been asked before, but I'm honestly confused and would appreciate if someone could tell me how to buy a house in the future? All I see are empty lots to buy. I want to buy a ready-made house.

Use your phone while in Oasis Landing, and go through the choices like you usually would for moving. One will say "buy a future home" or something like that. Then just pick one.

Thanks for answering. That's what I did, but it only lets me buy empty lots, not empty houses.

And you do have sufficient funds, right? I noticed that they all seem to be a little more expensive (however, when I bought mine, I was rolling in money - something like 6 million simoleans or something).

I know, right? The future is expensive! I finally figured it out, though. It was under manage real estate, or something like that. Thanks for answering.
