Searching for the greenhouse

 I have seen the greenhouses built in pictures, stories, and even the sims3 store. However I can not find it in the shop mode in game. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

Here's the whole venue at the Store. As for finding it at the in-game store, it should be grouped with all the other venues. I don't usually use the in-game store, so it's probably laid out a little differently.
