Ghost Hunter is a really easy profession to maxed, due to the fact that leveling logic skill will increase job experience.  First lifetime reward I bought for Peter is the "Entrepreneurial Mindset", then I send him off to the library to read logic skill books.



I also decided to splurge and buy a food replicator using Christopher's points.  With this, Christopher don't have to cook many meals, I don't want him to accidentally complete any cooking skill challenges and invalidates it for future heirs.



If there's something weird and it don't look good, who you gonna call?  Ghosthunters!



I ain't afraid of no ghost.  When it comes through your door, unless you just want some more, I think you better call, Ghosthunters!



Peter's efforts at making Mood Drinks has finally paid off and he is now a Master of Mood!  Mood Drinks made by Peter will be stronger and of a higher quality!



One day Peter got a phone call to complete an opportunity in France, so I bought prepared traveller for Peter and send both Peter and Christopher to France for 9 days.



It took less than one sim hour to complete the opportunity, then Peter and Christopher spend the rest of their 9 days excavating for relics.  These 9 days were so boring, I had to force myself not to send my sims home early.  Mars family collection needs to be as valuable as possible, must keep digging and digging and digging.



On day 3, Christopher managed to excavate enough relics to achieve the "Historical Hoarder" skill challenge.  A Historical Hoarder has collected 20 relics of each culture. Relics discovered by Historical Hoarders are 50% more valuable. 



After 9 long tedious days of digging, Christopher and Peter came home with lots of common relics and ten very valuable dangerous creatures.  With the help of historical hoarder, the most expensive dangerous creature I got is worth $7019.  Flat lands, easy routes, and lots of dig sites makes this place a dream for relic hunting. 



With 12 days left to becoming an elder, Peter's impressive performance has earned him a promotion to Paranormal Expert.

The screenshot showing April's lifetime happiness points is actually mspaint.  I play in windowed mode, pause the game, hit "print screen" on my keyboard, then paste it onto mspaint.  Then I use mspaint to crop the photo, I just follow the red pause border when I'm cropping.  MSpaint stands for Microsoft Paint, its a program that comes with windows, I didn't have to pay extra for it.

Wow it's so fast only in Days 4 April finally got her LV 3 Visa  ? Do you have any advice to share about this? I would like to know if you don't mind You always have problem with burglar, I rarely seen burglar comes to my Sims house except one in my Sims vacation house and the one that get me angry was the police. He didn't even make such an effort to capture the burglar and my Elder Sim who take care that case instead and he won despite that he doesn't have Brave trait.

They should check up relationship panel anyway before made their dynasty end. I never expected Tori would be the one that Greg chose, hope they will happily ever after

Ghost Hunter is easy and yet a fun profession! I love this profession!

If we’re going into vacation without any purpose, being forced and just for skilling always boring, Nutella. You’re not the only one. It would be different if that time used for family moments though before someone depart to another world. I always hate to see Grim around and reaping all my Sims.

Did excavate thing will spawn again later? I never did that all this time.

No problem, glad to share my tip. 

1) Adventurous trait -- this trait helps you gain visa level 20% faster
2) Brave trait -- this one just helps save time.  When your sim has to stick their hand in the hole while tomb exploring, sometimes they get bugs and refuse to put their hands back in until the fear moodlet wears off.  With the brave trait, they won't have that fear.
3) Opportunistic lifetime reward -- this one gives you more visa points while turning in all those opportunity that you have to do.

I also pick and choose some opportunity.  If I see one that requires me to go into a very difficult tomb that is far away, I don't do those, I will drop it and pick a new one from the adventure board.

Another tip is Ninja Vanish potion (from logic skill), these will save you a lot of time.  When you are deep inside a tomb far away and need to turn in a quest, use a ninja vanish potion on yourself to port back to base camp, then go turn in the quest.  I find that most of the quest turn in person is by the market area, basecamp to market area is not far.

Wingless fairy is definitely a glitch, yes checking the relationship panel is the safest way.

Ah I'm sorry to disappoint you, all my heirs will never have happily ever after.  All too busy either working on their career, skills, or collection, no time for romance and live happily ever after.

For the 4x4 dynasty, its ok to kick someone out, just can't kick the heir out.  Other dynasty will have different rules.

What’s the most expensive Time Machine book? 

The most expensive one I found so far is like $2970 (approx).

Yes excavation sites will respawn, just like any insect spawners.

There's a celebration at the City Hall for Peter's ghost hunting achievement.   Weird, when I arrive at city hall nobody was there except the mayor.  Peter accepted his Key to the City award solemnly, what a sad celebration.



Christopher was too busy drinking potion to make himself young again, that's why he missed Peter's celebration.





Peter is now Poseidon!  Peter's divine skills behind the bar will prevent him from ever making a bad drink ever again!



Peter is now a Cool Creator!  From now on, any of Peter's custom drinks will be high quality!



I have maxed his career and finished 3 skill challenges, but still need two more opportunities.  I have been bugged with the psychic opportunity, keeps getting this fortune teller phone call to go to police station, yet couldn't complete the opportunity.  Normally logic and mixology skill offers a good amount of opportunities, and I don't have Into the Future installed, why is the game hating on Peter?

While wandering the town looking for spirits and waiting for phone calls, he met her.  A fairy by the name of Kaylynn Langerak.  Deja Vu.



A week has passed and Peter still don't have the last 2 opportunity phone calls.  He did however manage to get another celebration at the city hall, this time is for the Paranormal Momento award.  This celebration was much better, I had 3 townies that showed up and cheered Peter on.



Only 2 days left to becoming an elder, I gave up on waiting for phone calls.  I made Peter quit his ghost hunting career and took up private investigator, obtain 2 cases from the police station to finish up his requirements so he can invite Kaylynn over for a serious chat.



The serious chat resulted in Kaylynn moving into the house.

No, there's nothing wrong with Deja Vu. I thought that's related to your previous Life State Dynasty. It seems that I missed about that, my apology (-3-) I already forgot about Tori since she was kicked out.

Thanks Luna, I got the curse of the apples because of my naming theme.  For some weird reason, all my favorite characters and people are males. 

My ingame family tree is bugged, my first heir is showing no parents (which are my founders) and from france.  I could manually do a family tree like how ratchie does hers.

I'm confused.  Both Peter and Kaylynn have raven black hair, and little Neil has red hair?



I don't trust Kaylynn, she must have cheated on Peter with the mailman.  I kicked her out of the dynasty's house.



Split second later I regretted, I remembered sim genes can come from earlier generations such as grandparents, April and Gregory both had red hair.  Too late, Kaylynn drove off in her limousine and refuse to accept my apologies.



Dear Neil, when you grow up you need to spend lots of time on the treadmill okay?



Peter spends his lifetime points and added the 4th teleporter to the family inventory.

Learning how to drive is mandatory, the 2000 lifetime happiness points is just too big to pass.  I didn't buy Neil a new car, still using Peter's car.  So far so good, I don't have anymore burglary since I sold that green one.

Military career job promotion requires athletic and handiness skill.  Since I am not planning to have Neil do any athletic skill challenges, I bought him the "Fast Learner" LTR so he can speed learn athletic skill. 



Can we stop yet?  No!



I have been collecting broken objects since week 1 day 1, kept them all in family inventory.  Final count is 8 showers, 2 sinks, 6 toilets, 7 dishwashers, and 4 laptops.  With all these, Neil will complete 2 of his handiness skill challenges very quickly.









Neil has repaired enough plumbing objects to complete the Plumber Skill Challenge!

Grim, please let me finish my last supper before you take me.  I'm begging you, please.



Neil's gone mental, he is upgrading a horse trough even though we don't own a horse.  Looks like Peter's death affected him dearly.



He's also feeling very angry and likes to pick fights with his imaginary friend.



Christopher told Neil not to worry, he won't die and leave Neil alone.  He drank another potion and became young again.
