Impossible wish?

My sim has wished to clean the urinal. Is this even possible? I've never seen them get dirty.

A Sim doesn't usually get a wish for something that's not going on somehow.  Is there a urinal nearby and have you checked to see if its dirty?

Yes, there is a standard urinal in the dormitory, but I've never, ever, seen one get dirty before. There has never been an option to clean it. I've never seen them self-clean, either.
