How to such clear screenshots??

How do people take such clear screenshots?? When I try to upload pictures onto the forum that I've taken on my iPad it won't let me because it says that it's a jpg. photo! PLEASE HELP!

When you're playing the game, simply press the C key on your keyboard. Then upload the screenshots from the screenshots folder, which is in your Sims 3 folder, in the Electronic Arts folder, which is in your documents folder. Hope this helps!
