What lots and rabbit holes to have everything?

Having trouble finding a list of the lot types needed to have in a neighborhood to have everything. List of Rabbit holes is easier though. By everything I mean so that any career/skill can be done. I don't count something like a martial arts dojo because you just need the training dummy or bricks to learn it. But for things like showtime you need venues. Or for pets you meed the equestrian center. Can anyone help me find a list of all this or help me make one please? Thanks!

Honestly, I don't think it's possible to have everything in one town.  There are 11 expansions and they all came with something new.  Are you looking to put everything in one place or just wanting a complete list?
