Grandpa's Grove

I recently bought sims pets and has a bonus received grandpas grove. I try to use the tractor and dirt paths so I can use the tractor, but I can't select any of the paths. Please help.

Do you mean you can't select the dirt paths to build the path for the tractor?

The tracks cost very little (they show up as first in line, under the "transport" tab) And the tractor cost around 12.000. So it shouldnt be hard to find :) or expensive.
