I am having issues with my game launcher. Since day one, it hasn't been able to connect to the ea download manager. I've tried talking to chat support a number of times, and it hasn't been sorted out. I recently bought Sims 3 Pets on origin and cannot finish installing it until it is able to connect to the ea download manager. My last chat with an ea advisor went a little like this ea advisor: "If I am right, you won't be able to play your purchased game" Me: what? why? ea advisor: "I am just confirming your issue" *20 minutes later* me: " (name) are you still there?" *10 more minutes later* me: "hello?" *3 hours later* nothing. end chat. so i'm at a loss. I tried uninstalling and re-installing origin and I was about to do the same to the sims 3 game launcher. but will it effect my already saved game?
